11.95 oil change I bought a brand new car here 3 years ago they offered me $11.95 oil change for as long as i own the car. The first two years everything went as plann I bought a brand new car here 3 years ago they offered me $11.95 oil change for as long as i own the car. The first two years everything went as planned the price was correct and I was able to use my reward points for my oil change then about a year ago things started going downhill they would not allow me to use my reward points for an oil change and the oil change was not $11.95 anymore it changed to $16 and some change with tax it increased by approximately $3 I know that is not a lot but when you live paycheck-to-paycheck and spend $8 in gas and 3 hours in time to drive there it is. I called the manager a few days ago after an oil change said he would get back with me and never did. I will no longer drive an hour and a half round trip and a hundred miles to get an oil change from this company they have deceived me one too many times and I'm done I will take my business elsewhere. Awesome shopping experience I started my search through true car, Thomas Rancich was very helpful on following up and emailing me vehicles that we’re of my intrest. The day I wen I started my search through true car, Thomas Rancich was very helpful on following up and emailing me vehicles that we’re of my intrest. The day I went in to the dealership, he had a truck ready for me to test drive. I was looking for a f150 but was undecided if I should go with an ecoboost engine or with a V8. Without hesitation Thomas was able to get me to test drive two trucks with different engines, and I was able to make a decision on which truck I wanted. Unfortunately they didn’t have the truck in the color I wanted but they had one on the way and I was able to pick it up a few days later. The finance department was very easy to work with and Pedro Lopez made it happen! This by far has been the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Thomas and Pedro! More

They worked effortlessly to make sure I was comfortable with my payments and absolutely loved my vehicle. Thomas was knowledgeable on the product and very patient with my needs and wants, not to mention he’s also easy on the eyes ladies! The finance manager, Carlo Danjoy, was wonderful too. I didn’t feel pressured at all while deciding what warranty options I was interested in. He had in and out of the finance office in 15 mins. All in all, I am extremely pleased to be part of the Joe Myers Ford family and look forward to buying future vehicles from Joe Myers Ford, Thomas, Ryan and Carlo! Awesome team! Good job! More
