Very Unprofessional This is a team of lying, unprofessional, rude no respect for others type dealership. If you complain they will tell you not come back to the dealership and they will try and drag you name in the dirt and lie to try and make you look bad. Do your research and read reviews before dealing with this place. If you have a concern or complaint you can keep it to yourself because they don't want to hear it. Emma Jones is a unprofessional, rude, ignorant mouth piece for Carolyn Cross. Her way of handling a complaint is to tell you to find your happiness elsewhere.
