I had used him in a pass purchase and recommended him to my sister and she talked about how great he was. As a woman when purchasing a vehicle you feel the salesperson will try to trick you in a higher price but not the case with Tony. He is honest and a complete gentleman. Pedro Lopez my finance manager was also great. Between him and Tony they make Joe Myers Ford and awesome place to purchase a vehicle. I will be making another purchase for my son in a few months and I will request these two gentlemen to assist me. Best tag team ever. More

Terrible Dealership. I tried 3 times in 2 days to schedule service for a safety recall on my F-150 Truck. I was suppose to get a call back with the time and date. The 3rd I tried 3 times in 2 days to schedule service for a safety recall on my F-150 Truck. I was suppose to get a call back with the time and date. The 3rd time was to be a call back from the service manager. Well, it never happened, their system to schedule appointments is not very efficient. I ended up calling Tomball Ford with great success. My appointment date and time were made on the first call within 10 minutes. They took care of my safety recall and shuttled me back and to their dealership without a problem. Joe Myers, you should take notice on how other dealerships handle their customers. I also had problems with their body shop last year but did not write a review. I ended up going to another Ford dealership which did a wonderful repair job. Joy Myers Ford has disappointed me twice....for now I will never go back. I'm taking all my warranty and repairs to Tomball Ford. More
