Overwhelming at first, replaced 2002 Excursion w/ 2017 F150 Replaced an '02 limited Excursion with an F150 Lariat and first time purchasing a new vehicle. I was concerned after Harvey about potential flooding a Replaced an '02 limited Excursion with an F150 Lariat and first time purchasing a new vehicle. I was concerned after Harvey about potential flooding at dealerships but was recommended to Joe Myers by a close friend who recently purchased a car there. The showroom was packed but I was given immediate attention by Ryan Brinkmeier and Steve McCain. Not only did he narrow down the search, he talked me into the V6 (which is excellent so far), and walked me through all of the technology in the vehicle. Coming from an '02 Excursion this was a radical change for me and I was definitely overwhelmed. I also appreciated the handoff from Sales to Finance and to Deliver. Matt Miller did a great job walking through some more of the nuances of the technology packages, what to do; he clearly knows his stuff. I hope I keep this car for 10 years but whenever I need a new one I'm going to return to Joe Myers. More
