It doesn't get better than this! Ok... Joshua Terry didn't know me from "ADAM"; but, said hello to me and helped me when I was already supposed to have someone helping me but was Ok... I wanted a specific car and I didn't know that there was only one left for sale in the United States of America (for real). Mr. Terry found "my car" and facilitated the whole buying process, and that is all I have to say about that. I am 67 yrs old, and I am direct to a fault. Many very smart engineers that I have worked with, have told me that all my life. Josh is a "prince" and just seems to love his job and loves people. Craig Bosley is my financial guy and very knowledgeable and laughs at me a lot. All I can say is that I love GOD, and I love good people. After Harvey trauma, efficient and quick process We lost both cars to the hurricane and had borrowed a neighbors car to drive to a dealership and buy a new car. We went to 4 dealerships and the process at the first three left a bad taste in the mouth. Then we spoke with John Templeton at Joe Myers and it was a very welcome difference. He was quick and efficient and had the cars ready by the time we drove over. He took our info and started the paperwork and had us done in 1.5 hours since we got in. Then our Insurance company Allstate would not add the car to our policy due to a moratorium on changes in the Houston area!! John patiently worked the phones to get us a GEICO agent who got us over the finish line. While this is a pricing opportunity as demand will rise due to the impact of Harvey, i am grateful that John and Joe Myers took the responsible approach and did not try to gouge us. More
