Good experience with a few kinks I called early Monday morning to inquire about a truck listed on the site. I was told it was available and was even given a price. I drove 30 minutes I called early Monday morning to inquire about a truck listed on the site. I was told it was available and was even given a price. I drove 30 minutes out to see the vehicle. When I arrived I sat for second and met with a wonderful sales man named Ralph. If it wasn't for him working diligently once he realized that the vehicle I inquired about had been sold over the weekend, I honestly would have left. The first vehicle I was shown was a very nice F150 similar to the one on the website, however it was out of my price range. When I was about to leave, Ralph found another that was identical to the one they were trying to sell me with a better price range. Although I did end up buying the truck, I didn't like the way I was lured in and then presented something else. I don't like buying vehicles period as this was an unexpected purchase for us, especially from fast talking salesman and finance officers. In the end Ralph made it pleasant for me and Larry in finance took care of the rest, working hard to make sure the truck fit my budget. I found myself really having to listen during every step because boy do they talk fast to get the sale. Everyone's experience is different, but hope this is not a regular practice. More
