Great experience After searching for a bit to find an F-150 that I liked, I started going to dealerships browsing in person. I was trading in an SUV and had a price t After searching for a bit to find an F-150 that I liked, I started going to dealerships browsing in person. I was trading in an SUV and had a price that I needed for it to make it work. Not only did the folks at Joe Myer make it happen, I have never felt more comfortable during the process. Everyone seemed like straight shooters. Steve McCain really made me feel welcome and was absolutely no pressure. When I got to finance, it was probably going on 10pm... I am not a fan of finance departments because no matter what price you agreed to on the floor, it will change with add-ons, etc. Much to my surprise, Giao Nguyen was absolutely excellent. He explained everything in depth, made me feel really comfortable. I made the comment to him that I have never felt so at ease during this part of the process. Excellent Customer Service I purchase a used 2012 Ford Escape in December 2015 with Ralph Odigbo. As I was waiting I met Ralph again in the parking lot. My service was going to be extensive (all due from regular wear) so I call Ralph and asked him to talk to me about trading my vehicle. He quickly went to work for Me. Introduced me to Steve McCain on the new car department and they both started to work with me and advised me to trade in my used Escspe and purchase a new 2017 with great rebates. I then was introduced to Adam Nguyen and Pedro Lopez in the finance department. I left your dealership (in my new 2017 Escape). These 4 men were amazing in their professionalism and knowledgeable , they pulled out all the stops to make sure that I received the absolute best customer service and that this vehicle and my financing were perfect for Me.
