Dishonest repairs/Lack of loyalty to customers We purchased our vehicle from Joe Myers. They did not repair the frame properly as they were paid by insurance to do after we were involved in an acci We purchased our vehicle from Joe Myers. They did not repair the frame properly as they were paid by insurance to do after we were involved in an accident. The tires began wearing excessively, and both the body shop and service department refused to reinspect the frame work though they had differing opinions on the alignment of our vehicle. We were ultimately told to take our business elsewhere. When we did just that last week, another Ford dealership and our insurance representative confirmed Joe Myers did not complete the repairs safely or up to quality standards as stated. Our insurance company is seeking repayment for the repairs we are having to have done a year later at another dealership. Very dishonest and zero regard for customers. More

Caring for their Customers I had best experience of a dealership coming to the aid of their Customers I was stranded late in the evening on 6-21-17 due to an unexpected electric I had best experience of a dealership coming to the aid of their Customers I was stranded late in the evening on 6-21-17 due to an unexpected electrical malfunction on my 2013 F150 Super Crew...I call Joe Myers Service Department and they dispatched their in house towing service who came to my aid..They carefully towed my vehicle..The next morning the Service Department (Elaine Latham) contacted me early and informed me they had analyzed the issue and it was covered by the warranty and inspite of their heavy log of service by other customers I wouldn't be delayed for more than a day...promised to have it ready at 10:00 am the next day...She and Joe Myers made it happen.....Truly Satisfied....
