From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable, and more importantly made us feel like they were there to help us, as opposed to trying to extract every last penny from us. Our Salesman, Caleb Nelson, listened to what what we needed, worked with us on the deal, explained all of the available dealer and manufacturer incentives, and then talked us through different financing options. Finance Mgr Carlo Danjoy worked with us to get the financing numbers right, and thoroughly explained all of the warranty and various protection info. We were pre-approved through our credit union and Carlo worked to get Ford Credit to beat our credit union APR. Matt Miller made delivery of the vehicle smooth, and we couldn’t be happier with this dealership. More
