He patiently and expertly showed me exactly what I was interested in, and demonstrated all the features on the car before and during my test drive. It was easy and quick to come to agreement on the price and I believe I got a very fair deal. The financing process was also a pleasant surprise. Craig Bosley made that step relatively quick and painless, and I never felt pressured to accept any of the products offered (e.g. extra warranties or features).
