Salesman dropped the ball Went to dealership to trade in car was told by Salesmen Tim Brown that he has our collected paperwork and because it was late and the banks were close Went to dealership to trade in car was told by Salesmen Tim Brown that he has our collected paperwork and because it was late and the banks were closed he would present paperwork to finance department for review then stated that he would contact my husband and I on the upcoming Monday since it was Saturday and the dealership was closed on Sunday. So now it's Monday later in the afternoon no call from Tim so I call he tells me finance dept is working on it and gives me the make and model of the car available for us he states he will call us back but never heard from him. Tuesday has now arrived and no call so I again wait until later the afternoon then call Tim he tells me the finance dept is working on things but we would need a $3000 down payment in addition to confirmation of my income which I said I had available and asked if the dealership can work with us or not because in all my experiences of purchasing a car I never had to go through this process then he says he will send me the link to the car in 20 minutes from the time of the call, hours have passed and I received nothing. Very bad business practice and I gave him the opportunity to let me know if he could work with us or not. I will not do business with this company nor will I ever refer anyone to this dealership. More

Awesome people to work with I stopped by Joe Myers Ford to look and test drive a car. Ralph came out to greet us and provided the best customer service.
