John Williams (sales) was a true pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He patiently and expertly showed me exactly what I was interested in, and demonstrated all the features on the car before and during my test drive. It was easy and quick to come to agreement on the price and I believe I got a very fair deal. The financing process was also a pleasant surprise. Craig Bosley made that step relatively quick and painless, and I never felt pressured to accept any of the products offered (e.g. extra warranties or features). Lastly, Jean Ferow sent us off with a smile, and with all the information we need to enjoy and maintain our new car going forward. A wonderful experience My car was totaled a couple weeks ago so since I live close to several car lots I decided to walk to them. I stopped at five star motors first & there was 2 salesmen outside & not one asked if I needed help as I looked at their cars so I walked to the next one & it was Joe Myers Ford. Curtis White automatically walked over to me & asked how I was & I needed help. It was a great feeling. I feel like I was led to that lot & to Curtis White to buy my first car on my own. As a single mom & never buying a big ticket on my own I was scared & very stressed and he never pressured me & made my experience very wonderful. He had a new salesman Andrew Cuhn learning the ropes from him & he was great as well & is going to make a fine salesman. The finance man Larry Cuttler was wonderful & efficient and very friendly as well. My entire experience there & with Cut is White has earned them my business for the rest of my life.
