My experience was pretty good overall. However, I should have shopped and compared prices with Planet Ford 45 north. I found the same truck I purchased, advertised for a few thousand dollars less. I was not eligible for a specific Ford rebate, so Joe (Fleet Sales) and the dealership assisted me by increasing its discount. Joe and Janete (Finance) were able to get me through financing, in about 15 min, which I appreciated, because I needed to pick my kids up from school. Then I went down to meet Emma (Customer Service), who delivered my truck to me, and went over some of its features. Overall, I felt comfortable at JMF the entire time I was there, and will return for my next vehicle purchase. More

You may want to rethink this process and all the questions it does not seem Dealerrater knows rule No.1 for great customer service. Based on what I have experienced Dealerrater doesn't get it so I better tell explain.
