The only shortcoming is I did not get an OWNERS MANUAL WITH THE VEHICLE. If at all possible, to make this an excellent buying experience I would like to have that owner manual. Joe Myers Ford makes the entire car buying experience positive. I found a vehicle on their website, I was interested in. I was not eligible for a specific Ford rebate, so Joe (Fleet Sales) and the dealership assisted me by increasing its discount. Joe and Janete (Finance) were able to get me through financing, in about 15 min, which I appreciated, because I needed to pick my kids up from school. Then I went down to meet Emma (Customer Service), who delivered my truck to me, and went over some of its features. Overall, I felt comfortable at JMF the entire time I was there, and will return for my next vehicle purchase. More

I did experience one big disappointment after trying to submit this review three times this process drives the effort right into the gutter from the extra mile to the green mile to bad. You may want to rethink this process and all the questions it does not seem Dealerrater knows rule No.1 for great customer service. Based on what I have experienced Dealerrater doesn't get it so I better tell explain.
