I had to get a new transmission and the service team dealt with the extended warranty folks directly making this repair seamless. Gary is the first salesman that has found trucks with exactly what I was asking for and he made sure the trucks were cleaned and ready with both sets of keys when I arrived. The previous two car salesmen exactly what I was asking for and he made sure the trucks were cleaned and ready with both sets of keys when I arrived. The previous two car salesmen did not do this on the last 3 trucks we bought. One previous salemen (Johnny) said he would have both sets of keys ready for our trucks when we arrived and that was not the case. After repeated phone calls he eventually stopped answering our calls so I had to return to the dealership in person to get our keys. Then again when we used a differnt salesman the next purchase, we bought two trucks and were told they had both sets of keys and both trucks had tinted windows. After showing up to get the trucks we where informed that one get of keys was missing and once we got into the vehicles we realized one truck didnt have tint at all. I will request Gary to be my saleman from now on. He made sure both trucks had EVERYTHING i asked for and both trucks has 2 sets of keys along with a full tank of diesel and had them cleaned before we arrived! More
I contacted the dealer on 3/31/26 for a new Ford Expedition. The price looked too good to be true, but then the buyer's order was even better, so I agreed to purchase the car. I finally heard from their finance manager at 7:30 pm, and he assured me I would have my DocuSign email shortly. When it arrived, the price was $2,300 over the buyer's order the salesman sent me, so I refused to sign. I contacted the finance manager to let him know his documents were wrong, but her never responded regarding the difference. He left me a message on my phone at 10:45 pm saying the docs would expire at midnight. I was already in bed and didn't see the message until the next day. The salesman contacted me and asked if I signed the docs, to which I replied no because of the price discrepancy. They resent them with the same numbers, so I withdrew my consent to purchase. The rest of that day, I got all kinds of texts from them asking for surveys about the purchase process and to schedule my first service appointment. Never did I hear from the salesman or the finance manager again. Here's the best part. They markup the interest rates on their loans. They told me I qualified for a 6.8% rate, despite an 850 fico score. Meanwhile, my credit union and two other banks had me at 5.25%. Caveat emptor... More
