My name is Frankie Marquez. My dad and I have been loyal customers for over 15 years. We have bought many vehicles from Joe Meyers Ford and also use the Joe Meyers Ford service My dad and I have been loyal customers for over 15 years. We have bought many vehicles from Joe Meyers Ford and also use the Joe Meyers Ford service department to take care of our Trucks and other vehicles. I use my truck for work and therefore keep up with the services it needs along with my dad and his workers. Joe, in the service department is always friendly and helps us when I come in. I have never had an issue like the one I am about to describe to you now. I brought my Ford F350 in for an oil change on Thursday at 4:15. I was waiting in the waiting area while it was getting done. Once done I get in my truck to try and drive it out and the brake go all the way down to the floor. I assure you it was not like that when I drove it in. I am now getting told it's going to cost almost 1k to fix it or I can tow it somewhere else to get it done. I don't understand how I drove it in for an oil change and now cannot even drive it out. More
