Due to my xxxx poor experience here, I wish I could take away stars. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Beware of spot delivery scams (they will get you in a car, sign the paperwork as if everything is okay and a month later call you to bring the car back - all with 0 warning of this ever being a possibility) These guys are professionals at covering up their loose ends and xx. I a million % would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. Houston is so big, I advise taking your chances else where. It’s really not worth the headache. Pedro is EXTREMELY unprofessional, I called to get this situation taken care of, he hung up in my face TWICE. Craig lied to get me in the car. He told me I made more than enough money to complete the deal, then a month later told me that the deal didn’t go through due to my income (which is massively confusing) Brandon is beyond unprofessional, never even wanted to talk to me in person about this matter. Mark is a manager there and he attempted to tell me that he had no idea about my situation. Carlos lied about his name.. (weird) I requested to have their reasoning in writing, they refused. I asked to speak to the GM, no one could tell me where he was. Seems like a lot of scamming going on here. They came and picked up the car without my knowledge, without my consent, without issuing a refund AND no one could tell me where the car was so my personal belongings are still in their possession. They wouldn’t even allow me to get my own things out of the vehicle. I HATED this experience!!!!!!!!!
