I bought my F150 from this dealer in 2014. I paid for a maintenance package as well. Every time I took my vehicle in for service they upsell unnecessary work contastantly. Once at 70k miles I paid for a maintenance package as well. Every time I took my vehicle in for service they upsell unnecessary work contastantly. Once at 70k miles they said I needed a transmission oil flush. The owners manual says 100K and I drive easy highway miles. In November 2022 I took it in overheating. I was quoted and paid $3750 to replace tubes cooling the turbo charges. When I got the vehicle back after a full week it smoked and filled the interior with noxious fumes. When I took it back they said the valve cover gaskets failed. I never experienced an oil drip in the driveway, never had an oil problem and diligently have it changed. I believe they broke my truck when they did the first repair and defrauded me out of another $2200. The contact there was very condescending and hard to reach on the phone. I think these people are unethical and this business is dangerous to do business with. More
