Terrible and very dishonest service advisor. The service manager Johnny Garcia did nothing but make excuses for his employees actions. I was overcharged by almost $100.00 for a service should’v The service manager Johnny Garcia did nothing but make excuses for his employees actions. I was overcharged by almost $100.00 for a service should’ve cost me $250.00. It took approximately 4:00 hours for a simple task that should have been completed in less than 2:00 hours. Ridiculous!!!
