My mother is a clean freak! Joe Meyers Ford was a spotless dealership inside and out and all of the vehicles we looked at even on the used lot were already cleaned up which showed us they are a dealer that cares about cleanliness as much as they do selling as many vehicles as they can. That just made it that much easier to buy from them. Worst dealership ever. My vehicle has been in for repairs for a month now and it still isn't ready. I don't get called back with information about my vehicle, and when I My vehicle has been in for repairs for a month now and it still isn't ready. I don't get called back with information about my vehicle, and when I call in I either get told that they cant tell me anything because they aren't my service technician and hang up on me. I was told that they were waiting for a part and once the part came in it should only be a day. The part came in on the 19th and now I am being told 3-4 more days. I have been a customer with the dealership for years, and I would not recommend this dealership ever again to anyone. More
