My Salesperson Donna Galatte was fantastic and greets me every time I come in for service, which is not too often, mostly for oil changes and a few checks on the car. The service I receive is ALWAYS exceptional, quick,HONEST! I had been told at PepBoys that I needed new calipers and they wanted to charge me over $700 to do this.Chris Kailer at Rizza told me my calipers were fine. They flushed my break line, repaired a small leak, completed my oil change and had me out of there pronto! The cashier Erica always greets me with a big smile! I brag about Joe Rizza Acura every time I have to go there to all my family, friends and co-workers. My next car will be an Acura and it will be purchased at Joe Rizza Acura! (I should probabl After completing a thorough search for a pre-driven Acura TSX, we narrowed our options down to about 12 cars spread over 7 dealers. (I should probably mention that there are 2 other Acura dealers a heck of a lot closer to us as well.) What caused me to drive an hour from Batavia to Orland Park was the competitive pricing at Joe Rizza Acura. As soon as I was greeted on the lot, I felt at ease, which is often not the case at car dealerships. I explained specifically what brought me down to Joe Rizza Acura, asked to drive two cars, traded in my current vehicle, and purchased all within 3 hours. What was noticeably different about Joe Rizza Acura was the absence of an arrogant, know-it-all salesperson trying to make me feel uneducated. I never felt pressured to buy. No members of management were paraded in front of me to ask me to sign an agreement to purchase within moments of finishing the test drives. No one felt the need to criticize my ten-year-old trade in with 139,000 miles. No one tried to convince me to purchase more than exactly what I came in to purchase-- a gently pre driven Acura. My salesperson and I simply had a straightforward conversation based on facts. I knew what their car was worth. I knew what I was hoping to get on a trade in. I felt their no-haggle pricing was very fair, so I purchased. It was painless. What time I did spend in the showroom seemed necessary while my new purchase was cleaned and prepped. I sipped some Starbucks coffee and read a magazine; the employees did what they had to do to get me out the door as quickly as possible without constantly bugging me or attempting to make small talk. Before I left, I mentioned to both my salesperson, Donna Galatte, and the finance guy, Omar Hammad, that this was the nicest experience I have ever had buying a car. Even if Joe Rizza Acura isn't in your neighborhood, it's well worth the drive! More

I was not getting the type of service I was hoping for when traveling around my area. I started Googling other Acura dealerships around my area and found Joe Rizza in Orland. I was blown away by their knowledge, attentiveness, and understanding of my concerns being a first time buyer. They did not have my car in stock, but found it in 24 hours. I was able to pick it up within a few days and I was driving away in my brand new Acura. Great experience :) More
