Because of a poor experience 30 years ago, I’d decided never to go to Rizza again. However, they had a special model Bronco in stock and were the closest dealership to have one, I went there just to chec never to go to Rizza again. However, they had a special model Bronco in stock and were the closest dealership to have one, I went there just to check it out and sit in it. Otis was the salesperson who approached me when I came into the showroom and I liked him just fine. I told him about my poor experience of many years earlier. He expressed his dismay over my treatment and promised to make sure it was not repeated. I ended up buying that Bronco from Otis and he kept his word on everything. I’m pretty happy with the whole sales process at Rizza and will be giving the service department a try. More
