No one wanted to help Drove to the service center for the first time with a new Lincoln. There were no less than 5 people that had “service manager” on their work station. Drove to the service center for the first time with a new Lincoln. There were no less than 5 people that had “service manager” on their work station. Not one acknowledged my presence. Finally I saw Eric and as I approached he acknowledged me. Was friendly and started the oil change process (first 5000 mile). I was informed it would be up to 1 1/2 hours. I had some questions about features on my new car and the first 3 couldn’t answer a rather simple question. After the oil change was complete Eric came to the waiting room to get us. I ask him the same question and surprise, he knew the answer and was very instructive. Kudos to Eric or it would have been a bust. More
