Ford Escape in for recall and muffler/exhaust issue I brought my Ford escape in for a recall, and also a muffler issue that I just started having. I also got an oil change while it was in. Service was completed quickly, and I was extremely happy that technician told me aftermarket exhaust parts would be a cheaper option. I did save a bunch of money, so I am really happy with your honesty. The one thing that bugs me a little was I did not receive a car wash, usually I get these when I bring my car in.
