I did my homework and knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, thanks to some of the online car sites available. If Bruce Jones has a pushy side I didn't see it. He was easy-going and knowledgeable about the vehicle; even though it was just one used Chevy at a Ford dealership. I showed him the printout from the website I'd been using, which listed the "fair" price. He matched that, adding basically just the Cook County and Illinois taxes. Sold. Hamde - their finance manager - was also very easy to deal with and helpful. This was one of my most pleasant car buying experiences. More

Upon arrival, with Miles on the phone, Jose Munoz welcomed me and immediately pulled up the Mustang. He and I then confirmed an agreed upon purchase price and they then appraised my trade-in. After limited, not-unexpected negotiations, we settled on what I feel was a fair price. While they readied the new vehicle, Hamde Nassar was very personable & professional in reviewing my protection & maintenance options. Before leaving, Jose made sure my iPhone was paired w/the car and all my questions were answered. All things considered, this was a very positive experience and I will definitely consider this dealership for my next new car purchase. More
