My wife and I decided to switch from driving a 2008 VW SE convertible with 14,900 miles after nearly 5 years, due to various reasons, the most significant being that we had recently traded in our SUV, and no convertible with 14,900 miles after nearly 5 years, due to various reasons, the most significant being that we had recently traded in our SUV, and no longer had a vehicle ample enough to carry larger loads. While the VW experience was great it was time to move on. We visited several dealerships in the Orland Park area and evenually met Jeff Strouse at Joe Rizza Ford. Jeff was very friendly, knowledgable about the Lincoln product line, and very patient with our test drive experience. He was able to pinpoint very specific features about the Lincoln product line which assisted us in ultimately deciding to lease a 2013 Lincoln MKT. We negotiated two separate deals to sell our VW as one transaction and the other to lease the MKT. Jeff worked very capably in putting the two transactions together with the Finance Department, and we were on our way by the end of the day in a beautiful new MKT. The effort put forth by Jeff Strouse to assist us resulted in a vehicle choice which meets every need that we could possibly want. Jeff Strouse is an excellent Sales Consultant at Joe Rizza Ford. I strongly recommend that anyone interested in a Ford or Lincoln vehicle contact Jeff beforehand to schedule an appointment to work with him.
