Fantastic customer service. I went in to get an oil change on my sportage and was walking around looking at the cars and started to talk to Steve Lillie. I was sharing that I wanted something with bett change on my sportage and was walking around looking at the cars and started to talk to Steve Lillie. I was sharing that I wanted something with better mileage and he showed me the ford c-max. He was very nice and answered all my questions. I wanted a specific color with an upgrade and he sent someone to Wisconsin and had it ready for me within 24 hours. The manager Brian came by and was very helpful as well! I just picked up my 2011 F-150 from getting serviced, and once again had a great experience. I purchased an extended warranty for a passenger van for my business. The first time I tried to use it I was told that the warranty does not cover the van if it is actually used to transport passengers. The my business. The salesmen was made well aware at the time of purchase what the intended use of the vehicle would be. I tried multiple times to get someone to speak with with about getting a refund on this useless warranty, with none of my calls or emails answered. I finally filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, and received a response through the BBB. The stated that according to some sections of the contract, a section I was never given, the warranty is void. I tried again to call about getting a refund, again with no response. I tried responded through BBB, asking if a refund for the full amount would be given, they never even responded to them. Finally, I received a call asking were I wanted a cancellation sent. I asked if it entails a full refund, and was told he did not know. As of now, the cancellation form has never arrived. Very poor customer service. More
