Very disappointed. I had previously came in for service regarding a recall and added a full service oil change with tire rotation.I requested that the tires be cross rotated. They were not and I didn’t notice until I got home. I called and asked if I could stop by to have the rear ones flipped. He said to come back and they could do it. I stopped back a few weeks later and was told it would be roughly 2 hours. I get it with what the world is going through right now, so I made an appointment for 8am the next day thinking it would be quick. I showed up a little before 8 and waited outside until 815. Once I got in Eduardo said it wouldn’t take long. So I waited and waited. Finally I got my truck and was able to leave at 907. To flip 2 rear tires, on a lift? I could do not myself in 15 minutes. That’s unacceptable considering it should have been taken care of the first time I was there and not put me through the hassle of coming back twice! This location has not been up to standard my last few visits. Things have not been the same since Lauren left. More
