Braking!!!!!!!! I was having trouble with my brakes, and thought for sure I would need new ones, which can be expensive!!!!! I only ended up needing my back brakes c I was having trouble with my brakes, and thought for sure I would need new ones, which can be expensive!!!!! I only ended up needing my back brakes cleaned up. I've always found the service department to be great when it comes to assessing my needs. I would highly recommend Joe Rizza for their service and friendliness, especially Eduardo Rodriguez who has always taken the time to explain things to my husband and always goes out of his way to be professional and take our concerns seriously. More

Horrible customer service The car was fixed after a recall issue. My advisor was Scott who when I made the appointment and showed up that morning was kind and nice. Told me that he would call 2-3 hours to let me know the status of my car and if the facility would keep it for 2-3 days or can fix it same day. I never received a call. At 11:30 am that day I called and he was paged and sent to his line. He never picked up. After calling again around 3:40pm I was told that the car has been ready. I took a lyft to go pick up my car. He was speaking with his manager and proceeded to lie about trying to find my number to call me or that I wasn’t supposed to leave that morning because he wanted to look for a rental which was a lie. He knew I was calling my daughter for a ride that morning because he kept telling me how he couldn’t do anything for a rental until the car was inspected to see how long it would take to get fixed. The only good thing was that the mechanic did his job other than that Scott and his team don’t care about their customers and are rude and liars. More
Worst body shop service ever I brought my CR-V to the body shop to replace the back bumper and fix and paint the back gate when they called me that it was ready to pick it up they I brought my CR-V to the body shop to replace the back bumper and fix and paint the back gate when they called me that it was ready to pick it up they had a completely different bumper and had painted the gate a different color well after a week they re did the job but when I went to pick it up again they had broken the moulds that hold the back bumper those molds are on top of the back tires they did not want to take responsibility and did not want to repair them. It seem that the person who worked on my truck did not know anything of what he was doing 0% satisfied never going back to that bussiness. I will never recommend it to anyone More
Exasperating! This was NOT the first time I was told one thing on the phone while making an appointment, and then was told something totally different when I arrive This was NOT the first time I was told one thing on the phone while making an appointment, and then was told something totally different when I arrived for my appointment! Their employees are NOT on the same page! This was NOT the first time I have come away from my visit there feeling I got nothing accomplished and feeling like I totally WASTED a hard earned vacation day from work! When I got there I tried to give Eduardo the papers I received from Ford but he ignored me and would not take them. I was more than willing to wait and he made me feel stupid for that and all but told me I shouldn't. When I told him I had no way to get home & no one I could call he made no real effort to help me find a solution. He did call 1 car rental place. I heard him say he needed a FORD. I didn't care if it was a Ford or not, I just needed a car!! All they had were very large SUV s. I have physically handicapped and I physically could not get in and out of a car that high off the ground! Even though we were standing on a lot with hundreds of cars he told me that was all he could do and didn't offer to try another rental place. He was very rude and short and abrupt with me and would not let me try to explain, he wouldn't listen and basically kept interrupting me and shutting me down like I was wasting his time. All of this was set in motion by a letter I got from Ford where they admitted there could be something wrong with the car they sold me and if I was experiencing this problem to bring it in. He even told me I would have to pay for any car rental until I sternly told him that was not what it said in the papers he refused to look at! He talked down to me, he made me feel stupid for being willing to wait. I have never been treated so poorly! All of this because of a problem Ford admitted and this is how I am treated? Obviously Joe Rizza Ford is all about the sales, but has no interest in turning a wrong into a right! In the end I became so exasperated with how he was treating me and how unhelpful he was being I told him to just forget it! The oil change notice came on my dashboard the day before so I told him to just do a full service oil change. Even with that he had a tone in his voice like he was talking down to me and told me even though I had an appointment I would still have to wait a VERY long time because there were a lot of people a head of me. I never once said I wasn't willing to wait! I totally got the impression he was trying to discourage my business. If THAT is how Joe Rizza Ford feels, you know, I can accommodate that! In the end I did get my oil change which is the only reason the service area got 2 stars. As for Eduardo if I could give him 0 to negative stars I would but he got 1 because I didn't want you to think I opted not to rate. This very well may have been my final straw with Joe Rizza Ford for service or for any future sale! More
