Josh was fantastic--honestly everything we could ask for. Knowledgeable, friendly, no weird pressure tactics--just easy to work with and a nice guy. We came in to test drive a Maserati. He explained everything inside/out quickly but thoroughly. Easily answered all our questions and sent us on our way. Upon our return, we were not sold on the Maserati. Josh suggested trying out an Alfa Romeo Guilia--a car we had not planned to look at. He walked through multiple variations of colors/years and we ended up test driving a Guilia, which we *loved*. In the end, we're still determining what our actual need is for a new car, but when we're ready, will definitely be going back to Josh/Rizza. More
