Was told my oil change qualifies for express service. Then was told it would take an hour to change the oil. This is after setting up an appointment in advance. Now, the pricing structure is simply gouging the customer. Had a coupon for $10 off oil change. Dealer then called and said coolant needed to be exchanged. Found a coupon for 15% off that service. But cashier said I couldn’t use both on same visit. In other words, if I did two visits, they’d honor one coupon on each visit. Pure corporate greed. If they can afford to lose the revenue over two visits, they can afford to lose the revenue in one visit. More
