They are truly invaluable team members at John Eagle. Reatha is my favorite person to work with. I trust her completely and she's got a great personality and fun to be around. She makes the car buying experience more fun and less stressful, as it often can be. Even when I was living in Austin, I came to Dallas to lease my first car from John Eagle because that's how much I trust everyone there. Fixed the problem before diagnostics! I had a “whistling” sound in the vent area whenever I used the AC/heater. So, I decided to take it in and the Rep Edgar Juarez made a test drive with I had a “whistling” sound in the vent area whenever I used the AC/heater. So, I decided to take it in and the Rep Edgar Juarez made a test drive with me to duplicate the sound. He couldn’t hear what I was hearing but as he adjusted the temperature at different settings, he was able to hear what I was hearing in a louder version. He made a recommendation of checking the cabin filter in hopes that it probably wasn’t installed correctly at the time of service. Edgar Juarez checked out the cabin filter and looked for any signs. Well, it turns out that it wasn’t the filter but the clip to hold it in place was the culprit because it was loose. We test drove it and tried different settings again and it’s noise free! Plus it was free...he was able to save me the diagnostic test and time. Thank you Mr. Juarez for going above and beyond your duties to take the time to sincerely listen to my concern even when you didn’t hear it at first. You didn’t give up! I appreciate the excellent customer service. More
