White Glove Service My husband and I are two busy professionals with two girls under 3 years old. We barely have a free second. In fact, I had been putting off getting a My husband and I are two busy professionals with two girls under 3 years old. We barely have a free second. In fact, I had been putting off getting a new car for a long time because I didn't have the time or energy to deal with what I thought was going to be a big hassle. But - as far as dropping 30K goes - it was a breeze! Greg Roetter was the sales agent who helped us out, and he was very responsive to our needs. We came in knowing pretty much what we wanted. But after talking it over with Greg and test driving a CRV, we narrowed it down to exactly what we wanted and Greg said he would let us know when he had what we were looking for in stock. In the meantime, I communicated with Greg via text to ask a few questions. Greg called me the following week to let me know vehicles that met my criteria were in stock. I ended up purchasing a 2019 CRV EX-L with under 2K miles on it. So basically a brand new car for a good deal. I gave Greg my offering price over text message before coming in, and we were able to come to an agreement on trade-in value for my old car and a sales price in about 90 minutes. The financing portion took longer than expected because I was unaware of the various warranties John Eagle offers, so I needed to hear about those and make a decision. I recommend looking into that in advance to save you time on the back end. Because I had to get home to take work calls, Greg let me have a loaner car and then brought me my new car later that day after it was detailed. But he just didn't drop it off. He took the time to help me set up Apple car play and show me a lot of the cars practical features. Later that night when my husband was installing our daughters' carseats in the CRV, I realized I left the tether to one car seat in my old car. I texted Greg about it, and he was kind enough to drop it off the next morning. We really appreciated him going above and beyond for us. More

The dealer management team is top notch because they're responsible for keeping all of their services running smoothly and prepared to handle any issue their customers may have. Our salesman, Bruce Jaster, performed in a most excellent, proficient and professional manner! His part was notably integral is successfully placing us in the Honda CRV that we were looking for, and my wife and I are most appreciative and grateful for his outstanding performance. I haven’t used it for several years but there was a problem with my car that I thought might be handled better with Hi da specialist. I thought maybe they would have cleaned up their act over the past two year - but nothing has changed. As happened every time before, I made an appointment on the web and showed up and no one heard of me. While the actual people I meet are quite nice they are working under serious handicaps. Dylan helped me this morning but he was at a loss to understand why my appointments never show up in their records even when I show them my online confirmation and still - Bambi in the headlights look. It’s not Dylan’s fault. He did the best he could with a dysfunctional organization. The initial experience just checking in always makes me wonder how far down the lack of attention to detail goes. More

Awesomeness! Had I not had a bad experience the day before at another Honda Dealership. I wouldn't of contacted John Eagle Friday evening. The nice receptionist who answered, put me in touch with Greg Roetter. I had briefly explained my recent experience, and I let her know I wanted to speak to someone who could possibly help me with what I wanted. At the time, I wasn't quite sure if I was ready for a trade in or wait. I only had inquiries Mr. Roetter answered and needless to say it went rather smooth. I knew it was getting late in the evening and he reassured me, I didn't need to worry about that. Next thing you know, we had scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was there the next morning and after getting to know my possible interests, here I am with a new vehicle!. He took the time with me (which I deeply appreciate), and putting me in touch with Lawrence Curry, I now have my newest vehicle. They both made the whole transition harmless and pain free. I have been buying Honda's since 1988 and I am a loyal Honda fan. It helps when everyone involved on the sales side can assist and go out of their way. I feel these two gentlemen Greg and Lawrence did for me today. I wasn't rushed and I know I can be very stubborn at times, but they did go out of their way to meet me and accommodate where I wanted to be. I can honestly say, I will be more than willing to spread the word about my personal experience with John Eagle Honda and how well and comfortable I was treated.
