They knew the situation I was in and still helped negotiate an incredible price and were so friendly and understanding throughout the process. I really felt they were helping me through this decision. The only “beef” i have is that the whole process takes forever, but that is no fault of theirs, just the way it is. And Lee, Lawrence, and the John Eagle team were so accommodating the whole time! If you need or want to buy/lease a car this is the place to do it. And you can trust them.... They truly care about their customers! More

He handled a great deal of paperwork in a relatively short time and explained everything quite well. All in all, this was as good a car-buying experience as one could hope for. More
