I came in wanting to get out of a lease that was costing me more in maintenance than I wanted to pay and there were a lot of moving parts to my deal. Ben was so friendly and patient throughout the entire process and I never felt pressured at any step. I worked with both used and new car managers and Lawrence had the same warm, calm demeanor of my salesperson. James took care of the finance part and honestly, I felt like I was spending the afternoon with friends rather than buying a car.
