Predatory sales, terrible process They intentionally drew sales out over more than 3 hours to wear me down to accept a price significantly above what I stated was my maximum. Used a va They intentionally drew sales out over more than 3 hours to wear me down to accept a price significantly above what I stated was my maximum. Used a variety of manipulative tactics beyond the drawn out process, using vague payment ranges then billing at the highest end, constantly going back and forth to the manager’s office, and then rush you through the fine print of their predatory sales practices and out the door with the building already lights off and locked up as I’m moving my belongings from my old to new car. Tell them about my concerns and they tell me to come in at a certain time—so leave work early and go out of my way to try to resolve things and they inform me even though I came in when they told me to, they can’t do anything for me because the service department is closed (despite only one of my issues being service-related). So almost a week from purchase I still have display stickers and dirt covering my “new” car over a week after the purchase. More
