Sometimes they bribe you with it in the beginning so the service is a reflection of wanting that great review. Not like that this time, the service was great and then at checkout I was asked. So why not!? Often times we have great experiences and don't share them but will for those moments of bad experiences. great job guys! More

Mixed feelings but overall I'm satisfied I'm from the Houston area and originally set out looking for a used 2018 or 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 in red and John Eagle Honda of Dallas was the I'm from the Houston area and originally set out looking for a used 2018 or 2019 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 in red and John Eagle Honda of Dallas was the only dealer within 500 miles that had one in stock. I filled out an online inquiry on the vehicle and received a response from Harold Bennett who confirmed they still had the vehicle. I told him the earliest I could make the trip up would be Monday, August 19th (about a week out at this point) but asked him if the vehicle sold between now and then to let me know before I made the trip, and so we made an appointment for my arrival on the 19th. The 19th comes and I hit the road headed for Dallas, even receive a text and phone call confirming my appointment for the car in question. I finally arrive at the dealer and walk into the used car office. I approach the first man I see (Drew Guthrie) and told him I was here to see Harold Bennett. He offered me water, said I could have a seat, that Harold would be right over. About 10-15 minutes pass and still nothing. I then tell Mr. Guthrie I'll be walking around the lot, when Mr. Bennett gets here just have him come find me. After about another 5 minutes goes bu, Mr. Guthrie comes outside and apologizes for the delay but that Mr. Bennett should be over shortly. He asked what vehicle I was here to see and I told him. He then leaves and returns to tell me they had already sold the vehicle. I explained to him I drove from Houston and even had an appointment to see this vehicle and asked Mr. Bennett to call me if it had sold and I had never received a call. Mr. Guthrie seemed bothered at the way I had been treated as a customer by Mr. Bennett's lack of communication. With no other option I then continued to sift through the lot and find a Dark Grey 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0 and asked if I could look inside. After test driving and ultimately loving this trim level, I ended up making a purchase. Drew Guthrie: Best salesman I've EVER dealt with in all my previous vehicle purchases. Was never once pushy, always put me first, and never felt pressured or coerced into buying something I didn't like or wasn't interested in. He answered all my questions including some he didn't have an answer to, but made it a point to find the answer for me. If more salesman had his type of attitude and friendliness, car dealers would have a lot more business. This is exactly how a car buyers experience should be. Harold Bennett: Never ONCE met the guy. Never even approached me to apologize for ALMOST wasting a 4 hour trip I made from Houston to purchase a vehicle. This guy should really reevaluate his work position in learning how to put the customer first instead of slacking on communication. I DO NOT recommend using Harold for a salesman. If it had not been for Mr. Guthrie's sales approach, and the fact the dealer ended up having something I was happy with, this would be a total 1 star review. More

Great experience at John Eagle Honda of Dallas I went in for a tire rotation and they were quick and efficient. While there, they discovered a nail in my tire and patched it up quickly for me.
