I decided to order the 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Max Mediz, the Sales Manager, and John Ingram, the Managing Partner, kept me informed as to the production schedule and the arrival date in Dallas. When the time came to take delivery of the car they were respectful of specific time restraints that I had that day and were considerate of my time. While waiting for the finance manager, Miguel Ibanez, to get through with another customer, Glen Mowdy, my sales associate, gave me a brief overview of some of the new features on the 2018 Odyssey since I was already familiar with many from my previously purchased 2005, 2008, and 2011 Odysseys from John Eagle Honda. Miguel, the finance man, went through all of the paperwork and satisfactorily answered any of my questions. After completing the paperwork Glen took time to show me all of the gizmos and gadgets that came loaded on the 2018 Touring Elite. I own a medium to high end retail outdoor furniture store. The quality of service that I received at John Eagle Honda was equal to the high levels that I set as our benchmark in exceeding our customers experience at every level of their shopping experience.
