3 cars in 2 weeks My husband and I came into John eagle to purchase a new CRV. For myself. The last time I purchased a crv was in 2011. Long story short mark shipman did a fabulous job with taking care of our needs with our 2nd CRV. That we came back the next day to get a hrv for my oldest. A week or so later we came back for an HRV for my youngest. Mark I stood out needs as a family and he took real good care of us. I'm a difficult customer to please and I ask a lot of questions. Regardless of my questions he was professional and made us feel calm and at peace with out decisions. More
