I did not face any pressure for dealer add-ons, extended warranty, finance or for my trade-in. After I drove home I noticed a rattling sound from the trunk. I took the car back. Devon Ellis from Service drove with me and confirmed. He worked with the techs to determine the exact cause of the rattle and fixed it. The rattle was from a spring in the trunk and the tech had to go inside the trunk with the trunk closed to tighten the spring. John Eagle Honda, you got a happy customer! More
