The customer service was excellent, they new every detail about each car and they did not try to "sell" you anything which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and both Lawrence Franklin and Benny Franklin. They had great cars, it was a very easy process and again, the prices were the lowest, and most fair, that I have seen in a long time. Jeremy in used cars is terrific. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He assisted me in finding the best car for my lifestyle. We had dealt with Lawrence over the internet and phone. Told him we would be down on Sat. afternoon. Met us at the door and was very couteous and friendly. Went in to see Rick, ater explaing all the details on his end to us, warranty,etc. We were ready to pay for our car and get outa Dodge, so to speak. Both of these guys went out of there way to earn our business and we appreciate that very much. Really good buch of people to deal with. More
I bought a new car from this dealership a month ago. I find it VERY dishonest that they presented me a price that has monthly payments which included an extended warranty WITHOUT INCLUDING THIS AMOUNT in find it VERY dishonest that they presented me a price that has monthly payments which included an extended warranty WITHOUT INCLUDING THIS AMOUNT in ANY part of the offer. If I didn't know what my monthly payment should have been, I would have signed off on that offer. Fortunately for me, I had a blank check that had an "TRUTH IN LENDING" section which clearly indicated the loan amount, interest and monthly payment. I find this very shady. The worst was the HARD SELL of finance on the bumber-to-bumper coverage. I don't think they would have let me out of that dealership without buying that. In the end, I did buy it...BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY BROCHURE for that $1300 hard sell. NOTHING...nothing on my supposed one-page contract on scheduled maintenance regarding what kind of failure...for how long...for how many. HOw many dings...when to report. WHAT is up with that? I looked over my mail and there was no correspondence regarding what I bought for $1300. I'm overall VERY disappointed with this dealership, I could have walked away if it were not for already waiting for almost 2 hours in their waiting room and wasting my whole Saturday. Perhaps I was expecting too much because their supposed good rating on this site..but they were clearly just the best of the worst dealers in the metroplex. More
Since I bought my car at John Eagle, I have never gone anywhere else for service. Mike has been my service rep. on several visits. I am greeted with a smile and feel welcomed...never a hint of "oh no..m anywhere else for service. Mike has been my service rep. on several visits. Micheal Zamora was able to assist me my 3 last visits to the service dept. He is knowlegable and obviously has experience with Honda vehicles. This is my second Honda Accord. We were impressed that the stock listed on the internet was actually there in the condition listed and the prices as quoted, were honored. internet. What more could we ask for? Well, he took time to show us all the details, wash the Pilot for us twice and even more filled the tank full of gas! We were set to go!
