Ross told us that the mechanics at this dealership were very skilled since they work with Aston Martins and he went on to explain why this was. Ross wanted to make sure we had everything we needed from a test drive to a bottle of water. I love that I get to go back and take a little "class" on how everything works in my new van. Although my car was not ready by the stated time, he was able to get me a loaner car so that I could make my destination. When my car was finished he was sure to let me know & even offered to bring my car to me. This is the quality service that keeps me coming to John Eagle! Lamont was a dear from the moment I pulled up to the moment he left my location with the loaner car. Always a smile and excellent energy! Mr. Lamont Jennings is my go-to man in the Express Service department. He's professional, quite personable, and knowledgeable of my Ridgeline, thus detailed in explanations of service required. The entire "behind the scene" crew is quite expedient in taking care of my truck's needs. Upon my last visit, my Ridgeline was in need of 5 items requiring several hours of work. Being disabled this would have been way beyond my pain and comfort level. Lamont suggested a John Eagle complimentary ride to my nearby residence until the service was complete. I was quite appreciative of his thoughtfulness, though not surprised. My mother had some questions about the operation of her new Honda CRV. She had an issue with her battery and the headlight setting. (Her battery was checked out and the car was washed and vacuumed.) As a full time student at Texas Woman's University College of Nursing Parkland/Dallas campus, finances can be tricky in your senior year of clinical sections and lectures. My fellow classmates and I invest over 80+ hours a week which makes having a side job nearly impossible. Needless to say, when it comes to matters with dealing with your car. It can be expensive. This morning I needed an inspection sticker and few other items to be taken cared off on my vehicle. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Jennings and we worked out a plan for getting my car inspected. As with any inspection, the technicians realized I needed new tires. Mr. Jennings apprised me of all the things that my car needed to have done in order to pass inspection. He cut me a deal with some extra items and ensured that he was keeping the price down to fit my "poor student" budget. He came back with some numbers that were in my favor but my car was needing to be in the shop longer. Fortunately, I had my books, laptop, and INTERNET to surf and study. Plus, John Eagle provides some finger foods to keep this brain working! The time flew by and in a couple of hours Mr. Jennings showed up to tell me that my car was ready. I was surprised. It seemed that he took 2 hours off the time stated. This type of service and amenities is what I look for. Forever a John Eagle customer with individuals like Mr. Jennings working there! More
