I just went in for a oil change and Lamont and his team noticed other things wrong with my vehicle. I knew when he said this the charges were going to be over $500 b/c you know those labor charges from the noticed other things wrong with my vehicle. BUT....b/c I was getting all the work done I payed about $350 and my car is running smooth and Lamont's customer service was greeeeeaaatttttt. I went to the wrong building at first and a guy drove me to the right one (sorry don't remember his name)....overall this was my 1st time really dealing with this dealership....I LOVE THEM!!!! I will continue to come back #side note: as long as Lamont is there! He's awesome! More

I took my car in to the express service for my State Inspection. Lamont came right out to greet me. He was extremely helpful and friendly. After I decided to buy an accord, the finance guy recommended an extended warranty which costs $1349. He said it is good because there is no other warranty except the 3yr/36k miles factory warranty. recommended an extended warranty which costs $1349. He said NO, I and my fiance both heard he said so. And he said the extended warranty can be cancelled within 30 days WITHOUT any cost. So I purchased the extended warranty and financed it, here starts the misery! The next day I found from the Honda official website that the 5yr/60k miles powertrain is default and FREE, so I went back to cancel the extended warranty. Now two months has passed, I still have the $1349 on my monthly statement, and I am still paying for the interest of it. I talked with John Eagle, with honda finance services in Irving TX. Bob, the finance manager I've talked with me, promised me he will check with the accounting staff, but he never answered my call, never replied my voice mail. Nobody can do anything to cancel it! They always wash your car and vacuum it, there's free wireless internet while you wait, and the quick service had the oil changed and tires rotated in 45 minutes. More
