I have already contacted you personally about this issue twice. My extended warranty was cancelled December 3rd of 2022 which is confirmed in writing by the extended warranty company. I also notified Janet with Finance at that time . I waited patiently for 2 months to allow your company time to send refund check to Lithia’s Driveway Finance Company. Then I contacted in email, text and or by phone Janet, Mark, Mo and yourself regarding matter. Eventually, I began dealing with Better Business Bureau since my earlier attempts did not result in your company sending a refund check to Driveway. Mo with Finance was apologetic and promptly responded following the BBB complaint. However, then your company for unknown reasons couldn’t keep track where I financed so I was told the refund check was sent to the wrong finance company twice now. I have asked multiple times who the best person with accounting to speak with but always told Mo is the best person to speak with on the matter. I have continued working with BBB on matter but sure I will email you again. However, until the refund check of 3000 has been subtracted from my Driveway account I will continue posting my experience to help warn others. My husband and myself have leased and purchased about 6 or 7 cars with John Eagle Honda. I do not understand why the new company is incapable of addressing in a timely fashion or wants to lose future business of ours and from ever single person we know. I shouldn’t have to reach out on this issue again. Your company has been provided all the documentation from myself and from BBB. Please talk to Mo Finance Director and let me know the check number amount and date when it has been sent to Driveway. Sincerely, Dana Cottingham.

Dear Wes Gerhardt, Wanted to let you know I just sent an email to your above email address enclosed with 10 plus attachments of written communication regarding this issue. Any help with this matter will be appreciated.. Sorry, my earlier message was negative but my patience in this matter is all gone. Also, want to know - how you would recommend handling if a Sales agent quoted an interest rate with a finance company like Driveway but the Finance Manager then said during the transaction that percentage can only be obtained if the extended warranty was purchased? Is that the kind of thing you would want to be notified when it happens at your John Eagle Dealership or is that something Finance has the latitude to change or say during the car signing process? Thanks again for your help!
