Purchased HRV in Nov 2022 and within month I correctly cancelled my extended warranty with the dealership and with the extended warranty company. Despite months of trying to work with the Dealership and going through BBB, they have continued to give me the runaround. John Eagle Honda owned by Lithia Motors apparently has difficulty sending a check correctly to the same Lender they set me up with, Driveway Finance. By the way, Driveway Finance is also owned by Lithia Motors, no surprise ... now it all makes sense doesn't it. I'm still trying to work with the BBB to resolve this issue but will probably have to hire an attorney next. Very nice folks from door to drive away. I have owned Honda’s in the past and never been disappointed. Louis was great, made sure we had everything we needed. A great experience from inquiry to driving off with our new car. I have never used John Eagle before but will definitely recommend anyone to go there, see Louis-he will take good care of what you need. More
