I just purchased a used CRV Cowboy blue and gray leather interior. It is like a new car and l luv it!! However there were 2 issues dicovered map lights dome lights did not work and passenger speaker had hor interior. It is like a new car and l luv it!! However there were 2 issues dicovered map lights dome lights did not work and passenger speaker had horrible rattle with every bump!! Patricia and Rosie graciously ordered parts and assured me of replacement with no cost to me!! They went above and beyond for me!! Then my credit union failed to return phone calls and to fax over info to Nicolle. When that finally happened they would not cover beyond 36 mos making an outrageous pymt for used vehicle!! Nicolle in Finance got on the phone promptly and got financing for me for 60 mos!!! She splendidly saved the day and purchase for me!!! Initially Cory was my telephone contact until l could arrive there. The nicest male voice and such co-operation in assisting me!!! Now l luved the guys involved but l have to say Patricia and Nicolle literally lifted me up with their help to a joyous experience at John Eagle Honda!! Thank you to all who assisted!
