As I said in my review, I left two messages on two different days with the service manager (Marcus) asking for an appointment, and never got a phone call back. Four days later I called and left a message for his supervisor (Jason), waited another three days and didn’t get a call back. I then called the general manager (JP Kinman) and left a message and that was a week ago, and still have not heard anything from any of them. And all I was trying to do was get an appointment to have my car serviced. And as of 4-5-21, I still have not heard back from any of these employees.
