John Eagle Honda of Dallas

I bought my car at John Eagle in July 2019 and planned on bringing it here when I needed it serviced. I recently had my windshield replaced by a glass company and called to make an appointment to have the ca bringing it here when I needed it serviced. I recently had my windshield replaced by a glass company and called to make an appointment to have the camera on my new windshield calibrated. I left messages 2 different days with the service manager, asking for an appointment. When he didn't call me back after 4 days, I left a message for his supervisor. I waited another 3 days and didn't get a call back. So I called the GENERAL Manager and left a message. And he hasn't called back in 3 days. I'm very frustrated because I was expecting more respect as a customer. :-( More
