After coming in to the dealership for an oil change, they informed me that I needed to replace my power steering pump as soon as possible as it was leaking. I was quoted $660 for the pump and $525 for the la informed me that I needed to replace my power steering pump as soon as possible as it was leaking. I was quoted $660 for the pump and $525 for the labor. Given that this would be expensive maintenance for an older car, I took my car to another shop and asked for a second opinion on the price. The auto mechanic said that not only was the pump not leaking, but over the last year he has regularly seen other Honda owners that were told the same thing at this dealership, only to find out there was no issue whatsoever. This is incredibly frustrating and I can no longer trust this dealer! More
