Friendly personnel. The service intake has a two lane bay, but one of the lanes is used as an exit. However, the dealership has no signage to indicate this. I took my car in for a repair on the starter. I was greeted with a professional employee who took the time to answer my questions. It was a good experience to visit Honda on Lemmon Av. The service advisor Gregg, (don’t remember last name), was very kind, helpful.
