The service was good. I requested that my alignment be fixed, which it was. However, when I drove away from dealership I still had a steering wheel that wasn’t straight. My family has purchased several cars from this dealership. The first few cars, the service was great. In the last two years, the service had drastically declined, from the sales department to the dealership. The first few cars, the service was great. In the last two years, the service had drastically declined, from the sales department to the service department. The last care I purchased, the finance department never sent the paperwork to Honda Finance and they never communicated that I traded my old care in. I drove my new car for over a month and nobody knew why I wasn't able to make my payment or why my old car was still showing on my account as active. I seriously tried to return the car, but they refused to take it back even though it was their mistake. I've also made appointments with the service department and their employees have the worst attitude. I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. When I arrived today, there was no appointment on their books for me. I'm beginning to belive this is a personal issue they have against me. We will never buy from this dealership again and now I know my service contract allows me to take my car to any dealership, I will never bring my car again. I plan to never step foot inside this dealership again. On a positive note, the Joel Vargas, the Service Advisor that helped me today, tried to salvage the relationship but at this point, it was too late. (The "Poor" rating that I gave the service department dose not reflect his customer service.) I would work with him again if he was at a differnt facility. They have a few good employes, unfortunately, the organization as a whole is not good. More
