I have been using this dealership for 10 years. Both sales and service. While the service recently was good, it took longer than expected to complete. Which added to my expenses. Was told my oil change qualifies for express service. Then was told it would take an hour to change the oil. This is after setting up an appointment in advance. Dealer prices for service have always b Then was told it would take an hour to change the oil. This is after setting up an appointment in advance. Dealer prices for service have always been high. Now, the pricing structure is simply gouging the customer. Had a coupon for $10 off oil change. Dealer then called and said coolant needed to be exchanged. Found a coupon for 15% off that service. But cashier said I couldn’t use both on same visit. In other words, if I did two visits, they’d honor one coupon on each visit. Pure corporate greed. If they can afford to lose the revenue over two visits, they can afford to lose the revenue in one visit. More
